ROOM & BODY SPRAY DIRECTIONS:
1) Shake spray bottle gently, but vigorously for 10-15 seconds before each use to ensure mixture is homogeneous before application.
2) Spray 2-3 mists onto body directly (avoid eye area during application). Best when sprayed onto bare forearms, upper chest and one mist directly into clean palms to activate effective reflexology.
Also safe to spray one mist into your personal air space to cleanse the aura of energies in preparation for a safe and mindful workout.
3) Reapply mist as needed every 1-2 hours. Best when used directly onto the body, or as a mist sprayer into the air.
